Tubi announced today its acquisition of Please Don’t Feed the Children, a horror-thriller feature starring Michelle Dockery and Giancarlo Esposito.

Set in a not-so-distant future, Please Don’t Feed the Children finds a society that must contend with a pervasive virus that afflicts the entire adult population. Amongst them is a group of orphans in search of a new life after the deadly viral outbreak — only to be taken hostage by a woman hiding a sinister secret.

Please Don’t Feed the Children, a Tubi Original Film, premieres in the US on Friday, June 27, exclusively on Tubi.

The film stars Michelle Dockery (Downton Abbey, The Gentlemen) and Giancarlo Esposito (Better Call Saul, Godfather of Harlem), along with Zoe Colletti (Only Murders In The Building, Fear the Walking Dead), Andrew Liner (Ransom Canyon, Grown-ish), Dean Scott Vazquez (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah), Regan Aliyah (XO, Kitty, Ironheart), Emma Meisel (Doogie Kameāloha, M.D., American Horror Story), Josh Melnick (Saint X, Tesla), and Vernon Davis (Plan B, A Day To Die).

Please Don’t Feed the Children marks the directorial debut of Destry Allyn Spielberg and is written by Paul Bertino (The Intervention).

The film is a production of Perry Street Films, presented in association with Head Gear Films and Metrol Technology and Fieldhouse Productions, and BK Studios, in association with Altitude Film Entertainment and Sugar23. It is produced by Jason Dubin, Josh Kesselman, Michael Hagerty, Daniel Ryniker, and Bill Kenwright. The executive producers includes Phil Hunt Compton, Ross Daniel Negret, Will Clarke, Andy Mayson, Mike Runagall, David Gilbery, Naomi George, Ben Kaye, Steven Schneider, Joe Health, Owen King, and Michelle Dockery. The deal was brokered by Abraham Bengio and Maddie Neil, WME, and Sarah Corrigan of Tubi.
