MHz Choice has added Season 1 of Israeli thriller Hostages to its September schedule.
In the series opener of Hostages, four masked men violently break into the home of the Danon family and take them hostage. They demand that Yael (Ayelet Zurer, In Therapy), the family matriarch and a brilliant surgeon, kill the prime minister in what is meant to be a routine surgery the next day. If the PM doesn’t die, her family will.
So begins a battle of wills between Yael and the kidnappers’ leader, Adam Rubin (Jonah Lotan, 24). During this terrifying time in which the kidnappers and hostages are bound together, a tangled web of secrets and lies are revealed.
Hostages: Season 1 begins streaming Tuesday, September 19, on MHz Choice and its digital channels, including MHz Choice on Amazon.
