Netflix has set the global premiere date for Season 2 of Envious, a comedy series from Argentina starring Griselda Siciliani. Check out the (non-subtitled) trailer.
Following on from the events in the first season, the second season finds Vicky (Griselda Siciliani, Rest in Peace, Bardo: False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths) torn between two possible paths: marrying and building a family project with Dani (Martín Garabal, Community Squad), or allowing herself to explore a relationship with Matías (Esteban Lamothe, El marginal).
At times, that country club life she once dreamed of no longer seems so appealing, but the desire sparked by the possibility of a new love terrifies her. More neurotic and frazzled than ever, Vicky begins to go back and forth between both worlds, unwilling to let go of either. Desperate, she will have to make a decision and face the consequences.
Envious: Season 2, a Netflix Series, premieres globally on Wednesday, February 5, exclusively on Netflix.
