Prime Video has set the global premiere date for Holland, a new thriller film starring Nicole Kidman, Gael García Bernal, Matthew Macfadyen, and Jude Hill.
Billed as a “wildly unpredictable thriller,” Holland stars Oscar® winner Nicole Kidman (The Hours, Lioness, The Perfect Couple) as Nancy Vandergroot, a meticulous homemaker and teacher with a seemingly picture-perfect life in tulip-filled Holland, Michigan, with her husband, Fred (Primetime Emmy® winner Matthew Macfadyen, Succession, Ripper Street), a pillar of the community, and their son, Harry (Critics Choice Award winner Jude Hill, Belfast, Magpie Murders).
But then Nancy tumbles into a twisted tale.
She and her friendly colleague, Dave Delgado (Golden Globes winner Gael García Bernal, Mozart in the Jungle, The Motorcycle Diaries), become suspicious of a secret, only to discover that nothing in their lives is what it seems.
Holland, an Amazon Original Movie, premieres globally on Thursday, March 27, exclusively on Prime Video.
Also in the cast are Lennon Parham (Minx), Jeff Pope (Interview with the Vampire), and Rachel Sennott (Shiva Baby), amongst others.
Directed by Mimi Cave (Fresh) and written by Andrew Sodroski (Manhunt), the film is produced by Kate Churchill, p.g.a., Peter Dealbert, Nicole Kidman, p.g.a., and Per Saari, p.g.a. The executive producers are Bart Lipton and Andrew Sodroski.
