Prime Video announced today the premiere date for the origin story prequel series The Terminal List: Dark Wolf.

A prequel to the hit series The Terminal List, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, tells the origin story of Ben Edwards (Taylor Kitsch, The Terminal List, Friday Night Lights, True Detective), following him throughout his journey from the Navy SEALs to the clandestine side of CIA Special Operations.
The Terminal List: Dark Wolf premieres globally with the first three episodes on Wednesday, August 27, exclusively on Prime Video. New episodes will drop weekly through the season finale on September 24.
Also reprising their The Terminal List roles in the new series are Chris Pratt (“Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Jurassic World” films) as James Reece and Jared Shaw (Lioness, The Tomorrow War) as Ernest “Boozer” Vickers. The cast also includes Tom Hopper (The Umbrella Academy, Black Sails) as Raife Haistings, Robert Wisdom (Barry, Ballers) as Jed Haverford, Luke Hemsworth (Westworld, “Thor” films) as Jules Landry, Dar Salim (Game of Thrones, Dicte) as Mohammed Farooq, Rona-Lee Shimon (Fauda, Messiah) as Eliza Perash, and Shiraz Tzarfati (The Serpent Queen, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon) as Tal Varon, amongst others.

Exploring the darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it, the espionage thriller has authenticity as a core pillar — from the depiction of military operations and intelligence work to the emotional and psychological realities of service. To portray the mindset, brotherhood, and moral complexity of Special Operations with respect and realism, military veterans contribute to the series as writers, actors, on-set technical advisors, and executive producers.
Co-created by Jack Carr, The New York Times bestselling author of The Terminal List, and David DiGilio, The Terminal List‘s Season 1 creator-showrunner, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is executive produced by Taylor Kitsch alongside Chris Pratt through Indivisible Productions; writer and showrunner David DiGilio, author Jack Carr, Antoine Fuqua, and Kat Samick through Hill District Media; former Army Ranger and writer Max Adams; former Navy SEAL, writer, and technical advisor Jared Shaw; and Emmy®-winning pilot (Shōgun) director Frederick E.O. Toye. The series is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and MRC/Civic Center Media.
