Prime Video has set the global premiere date for Confidence Queen, a new action-comedy series from South Korea. Check out the teaser.

Confidence Queen, a new comedic caper series, follows a trio of clever swindlers who team up to take down corrupt villains through elaborate schemes.
A remake of the 2018 Japanese crime dramedy, The Confidence Man JP (affiliate link), the twelve-episode Korean series stars Park Min-young (Marry My Husband, Her Private Life) as Yun Yi-rang, Park Hee-soon (Squid Game, Moving) as James, and Joo Jong-hyuk (Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Unmasked) as Myung Gu-ho.
Yun Yi-rang is an heiress who was forced to live in the shadows due to a certain incident in her childhood. Highly intelligent with keen intuition and precise focus, Yi-rang transforms herself into the perfect con artist mastermind, teaming up with James and Gu-ho to strip villains of their ill-gotten gains and builds her own wealth.
Confidence Queen, an Amazon Original Series, premieres globally (excluding Mainland China and South Korea) on Saturday, September 6, exclusively on Prime Video. New episodes will be released every Saturday and Sunday.
A production of TME Group, the series is directed by Nam Ki-hoon (Destined with You) and written by Hong Seung-hyun (Criminal Minds).
