Having spent seven decades as one of the most prolific musicians in the world, this Canadian is still going strong. Bossam: Steal the Fate (South Korea)
Set during the Joseon period, this romantic drama follows Ba-Woo (Jung Il-Woo, Our Golden Days), a reprobate who gambles, steals, fights, and will do bossam (customary remarriage procedure where a widow is kidnapped) for money. While hiding his identity, he performs a bossam, but mistakenly kidnaps Princess Soo-Kyung (Kwon Yuri, Defendant), who was widowed on the day of her wedding.

Sean Combs: The Reckoning (US)
This new four-part docuseries does a deep dive into Sean Combs, the hip-hop icon, media mogul, music legend, and convicted offender better known as Diddy, Puff Daddy, or another name. Born with an insatiable drive for stardom and a knack for spotting talent, Combs made a quick ascent through the ranks of the music industry with Bad Boy Entertainment, and was crucial in bringing hip-hop to the pop masses and launching the careers of dozens of generation-defining artists like The Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, and Danity Kane.
But along the way, and as detailed by his former associates, childhood friends, artists, and employees, something darker began to color his ambitions. Stella Murders (South Africa)
This true-crime documentary is about the deaths of two girls, 17-year-old Sharnelle Hough and 16-year-old Marna Engelbrecht, which devastated their families, friends, and community in Stella, a cattle farming town located in the North West Province of South Africa. The best friends were found dead at their hostel at Stella High School on May 26, 2018, Sharnelle found hanged by the staircase and Marna discovered in a bathroom. Initially, both deaths appeared to be suicides. But the truth revealed they were murdered. The film features interviews with Sharnelle’s parents; Marna’s father, mother and sister; members of the Stella South African Police Services; a private investigator; and the state prosecutor.

Are You Sure?!: Season 2 (South Korea)
Following their 2017 trip to Tokyo, the second season of this travel series follows Jimin and Jung Kook of boy band BTS, who reunited in the summer of 2023 for one last trip before their military enlistment, hoping to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Heaven’s Gate: The Cult of Cults (US)
This docuseries is a thorough examination of Heaven’s Gate, the infamous UFO cult, through the eyes of its former members and loved ones. What started in 1975 with the disappearance of 20 people from a small town in Oregon, ended in 1997 with the largest suicide on US soil and changed the face of modern New Age religion forever. The program uses never-before-seen footage and first-person accounts to explore the infamous UFO cult that shocked the nation with their out-of-this-world beliefs.

The Believers: Season 2 (Thailand)
Following on from the events in Season 1 of this crime thriller, friends Win (James-Teeradon Supapunpinyo, Girl from Nowhere), Game (Peach-Pachara Chirathivat, OMG! Oh My Girl), and Dear (Ally-Achiraya Nitibhon, Brother of the Year) find their fortunes from the runaway success of their “merit-trading” empire at Phumram Temple entangled in a deadly new scheme.

Inspired by the Pozzetto restaurant massacre that took place in Bogotá in 1986, this thriller tells the story of a friendship that turns into a nightmare. León (José Restrepo, The Ballad of Hugo Sánchez), a young literature student, discovers that his friend and mentor, war veteran Jeremías Salgado (Andrés Parra, The Great Heist), was behind the mass killing. But León has no memory of the days leading up to the crime, nor about how involved he himself might have been. The Price of Confession (South Korea)
In this new murder-mystery thriller series, the life of art teacher Yun-su (Jeon Do-yeon, Kill Boksoon, Crash Course in Romance) is turned upside down when she finds her husband bleeding (and eventually dying) on the floor. Utterly distraught, she calls emergency services, yet when police question her at the station, Yun-su’s rather odd behavior arouses suspicion. Calm and smiling, she asks for a coffee and says she’s watched the crime drama series, CSI. Not a good idea. Soon, she’s back to screaming, insisting that she’s innocent after she’s charged, arrested, and found guilty of murder and sent to prison.
Behind bars, Yun-su meets Mo Eun (Kim Go-eun, You and Everything Else, Little Women), a mysterious young woman who, aside from being a murderer and a psychopath, is feared by fellow prisoners for being a witch. Interestingly, Mo Eun offers to confess that she killed Yun-su’s husband, but Yun-su will have to do something for her in return.

Spartacus: House of Ashur (US)

POV: Between Goodbyes (US)

American Masters: Ten Times Better (US)
This documentary tells the astonishing and heartwarming story of George Lee, a pioneering Asian dancer who originated a featured role in George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker seventy years ago as a teenage immigrant from China. Lee grew up in wartime Shanghai, dancing novelty acts in nightclubs for rice while learning classical ballet from his mother, a Polish dancer trained by Russians. Fleeing war in 1949, they spent two years in a Philippine refugee camp before ending up in New York City. Despite earning a scholarship at the School of American Ballet, catching the eye of Balanchine, and dazzling critics, Lee was not granted a spot in the New York City Ballet. Later, Gene Kelly cast him in Flower Drum Song and he embarked on a career in musical theater.

This drama follows two dancers: Shinya Suzuki (Ryoma Takeuchi, Black Forceps), the Japanese champion of Latin Dance, and Shinya Sugiki (Keita Machida, Glass Heart), the Japanese champion and second-ranked dancer in Standard Ballroom in the world. They are often compared to each other because of their similar names, despite dancing in different categories, which frustrates the competitive Suzuki.
One day, Suzuki receives a surprise when Sugiki asks him to team up and win the 10-Dance Competition, in which top dancers perform five varieties each of Latin Dance and Standard Ballroom. Knowing how difficult it would be, Suzuki initially rejects Sugiki’s proposal to teach each other their respective styles and compete on the world stage, but Sugiki’s provocative attitude sparks Suzuki’s competitive spirit and spurs him to begrudgingly accept. The two men’s opposite personalities clash as they devote themselves to daily lessons, but they grow steadily closer over time. Before long, Suzuki realizes he has started developing a romantic attraction to Sugiki.
