Netflix has set the global premiere date for Kill Boksoon, a new action thriller film from South Korea. Check out the teaser.
It might be true that a life of lies can kill. But Kill Boksoon‘s titular lead character is sure about one thing: “Killing people is simple compared to raising a kid.”
That’s because Boksoon (Jeon Do-yeon, Crash Course in Romance, The Housemaid) leads a double life as a single mother of a teenage daughter and as a renowned professional killer at MK, a top-tier killing agency. Caught between the missions of killing someone and raising someone, Boksoon refuses to complete an assignment and is thrown into an inevitable fight.
Kill Boksoon, a Netflix Film, premieres globally on Friday, March 31, exclusively on Netflix. (You can set a reminder for it now.)
Written and directed by Byun Sung-hyun (Kingmaker, The Merciless), the film features Sul Kyung-gu (Memoir of a Murderer), amongst others.
