Set in the spring of 1945 at the mysterious Ongseong Hospital in Gyeongseong (a former name of Seoul), Gyeongseong Creature follows Jang Tae-sang (Park Seo-jun, Itaewon Class, What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, The Marvels), the owner of the House of Golden Treasure pawnshop and the wealthiest, most well-connected person in Gyeongseong, and Yoon Chae-ok (Han So-hee, My Name, Nevertheless, Abyss), a sleuth with a reputation for the impossible. Together, they delve into the mysterious and tumultuous world around them as they fight for survival and face a creature born from human greed.
