Netflix has announced the global premiere date for Badland Hunters, a new action drama film from South Korea. Check out the trailer.
Set in a post-apocalyptic Seoul, years after a deadly earthquake turned the city into a lawless wasteland, Badland Hunters stars Don Lee (aka Ma Dong-seok, Bad Guys, Train to Busan) as Nam San, a tough and fearless huntsman. The film follows Nam San as he takes matters into his own hands to rescue a teenager he’s close to after the latter is abducted by a mad doctor who conducts experiments on humans.
Costars in the film include Lee Hee-jun (American Crime Story), Lee Jun-young (May I Help You), Roh Jeong-eui (aka No Jeong-ee, Our Beloved Summer), and An Ji-hye (Han River Police).
Badland Hunters, a Netflix Film, premieres globally on Friday, January 26, exclusively on Netflix. (You can set a reminder for it now.)
