Netflix announced today the global premiere date for the third and final season of the hit Brazilian mystery-crime drama series Good Morning, Verônica.
Titled Good Morning, Verônica: The Final Hunt, the last-ever season of the hit mystery-crime thriller series brings to a close the story of Verônica Torres (Tainá Muller, Bingo: The King of the Mornings, The Other Side of Paradise), a wife, mother of two, and a good cop gone rogue in São Paulo.
Following on from the events in Season 2, the three-episode final season is driven by the question, “Who is Doúm?” As she searches for the third brother, Verônica investigates the orphanage where Brandão (Eduardo Moscovis, in Season 1) and Matias (Reynaldo Gianecchini, Wounded Past) grew up. She also meets Jeronimo (Rodrigo Santoro, Westworld, Boundless), a millionaire stud farmer, and his mother, Diana (Maitê Proença, Passione), a beautiful and mysterious woman who is concealing secrets about the place’s macabre past. When a mafioso puts Verô’s family in danger, she finds herself in a race against time, risking everything and putting her life on the line in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game.
Created by Raphael Montes, and based on the novel of the same name by Montes and Ilana Casoy, the third season’s cast also includes Klara Castanho (Back to 15), Camila Márdila (A Mother’s Love), Adriano Garib (Magnífica 70), Ester Dias (Nobody’s Looking), Liza Del Dala (Pantanal), Alice Valverde, César Mello (The Mechanism), DJ Amorim (Impuros), and Johnnas Oliva (O Negócio).
Good Morning, Verônica: The Final Hunt, a Netflix Series, premieres globally on Wednesday, February 14, exclusively on Netflix.
