Syfy has set the premiere date for the third season of the sci-fi mystery comedy-drama series Resident Alien. Check out the official trailer.
Based on Dark Horse Comics’ “Resident Alien” comic book series, Resident Alien follows a crash-landed alien named Harry (Primetime Emmy® Award nominee Alan Tudyk, Con Man, Trumbo), whose secret mission is to kill all humans.
Following on from the events in Season 2, the third season sees Harry vowing to work with General McCallister (Linda Hamilton, “Terminator” films) to rid the Earth of the Grey aliens — a task made more difficult when he discovers that the Grey Hybrid, Joseph (Enver Gjokaj, Invasion), has taken a job in town as the new Deputy. Harry also has issues balancing business and his personal life when he falls in love for the first time.
Meanwhile, Asta (Sara Tomko, Once Upon a Time) and D’arcy (Alice Wetterlund, People of Earth) move in together and struggle to discover their purpose in the world; Sheriff Mike (Corey Reynolds, The Closer) and Deputy Liv (Elizabeth Bowen, Upload) continue their quest to find out who killed the Alien Tracker; and Ben (Levi Fiehler, Mars) and Kate (Meredith Garretson, Prodigal Son) are forced to deal with the subconscious repercussions of their alien abductions.
Guest stars this season include Edi Patterson (The Righteous Gemstones) and Gary Farmer (Reservation Dogs), amongst others.
Resident Alien: Season 3 premieres Wednesday, February 14, at 10pm ET/PT, on Syfy, with a premiere simulcast on USA. Episodes will be available for streaming the day after broadcast on Peacock.
For folks who haven’t seen the series, Syfy is going to air a Season 2 marathon on Sunday, February 11, from 1pm to 5am.
