The Brazilian drama thriller series Whenever, Whatever (Desejos S.A.) is set for its US and international premiere. (It looks really good!)

The premise of Whenever, Whatever (Desejos S.A.) is intriguing, as is the trailer.

In the series, individuals can have whatever they want, whenever they want it, no matter how seemingly unattainable. From learning a hidden truth, to acting on an attraction to someone who’s already committed, it’s theirs. All they have to do is contact Desejos S.A., a shadowy, enigmatic entity that promises to satisfy any request, no questions asked.

In exchange for the fulfillment of their wants and desires, they pay a small, symbolic fee. What they soon learn is that, while the initial price is low, the actual cost is high.

Because they must also agree to assist in the fulfillment of other clients’ wishes when requested. Refusing this crucial part of the agreement could result in extremely severe consequences.

Not all desires are fulfilled as expected, and a web of confusion unfolds — dragging these people into activities that challenge their moral convictions. As they try to escape the apparent curse of the “wishing chain,” they witness the devastating impact their own desires have on the lives of the other clients/participants. Determined to find a way out of this vicious cycle, they find themselves forced to face ethical dilemmas and confront the consequences of their selfish desires.

Starring Carol Castro (Perfect Love), Silvero Pereira (Pantanal), Alejandro Claveaux (A Mother’s Love), and Marcos Pasquim (Luz: The Light of the Heart), Whatever, Whenever, a Hulu Original, premieres in the US tomorrow, Wednesday, March 27, exclusively on Hulu, and in select international markets on Star+.
