Judging by the teaser, this looks like a fun one.

Written and directed by Jason Kim (Bloodhounds), Officer Black Belt follows Lee Jung-do (Kim Woo-bin, Black Knight, Our Blues, Inheritors), an ordinary guy with awesome skills in martial arts, as evidenced by his third-degree belts in Taekwondo, Judo, and Kendo.

On the police force, Kim Sun-min’s (Kim Sung-kyun, Moving, D.P., Divorce Attorney Shin) job is to closely monitor criminals who are on probation via the ankle trackers they are forced to wear. When he recognizes Jung-do’s potential, he offers him a job as a martial arts officer, in which Jung-do, alongside Sun-min, tracks offenders to prevent and fight crimes.

Officer Black Belt, a Netflix Film, premieres globally on Friday, September 13, exclusively on Netflix. (You can set a reminder for it now.)
