Netflix has set the premiere date for Swim to Me, a new drama film from Chile.

Inspired by Alia Trabucco Zerán’s internationally best-selling novel Clean, this family drama tells the story of the intense relationship between Estela (María Paz Grandjean, Nobody Knows I’m Here), a domestic worker, and the six-year-old girl she cares for day and night. As their bond grows closer, they build a secret, dependent world that leads them to an inevitable outcome.
Swim to Me, a Netflix Film, premieres globally on Friday, October 10, exclusively on Netflix. (You can set a reminder for it now.)
The cast includes Ignacia Baeza (Generación 98), Benjamin Westfall (El Presidente), and Rodrigo Palacios (La Reina del Sur).
